  • You have the right to receive your products in good condition.
  • If you are not entirely satisfied when you receive them, you may send them back to us in the same condition as you received them and we will happily provide you with replacements or refund your money.
  • This money back guarantee applies to within a 30 day period of your receiving the goods.
  • Once goods are returned, we will either credit your credit card or send you a cheque.


Purchasing items on Baby Warehouse

Baby Warehouse attempts to describe the items available on our Web Site as accurately as possible. If you receive an item not as described to your original order, you can return the product unused and in original packaging, and we will process a refund, or provide a substitute, whichever at your request. Baby Warehouse will do it’s utmost to provide accurate photos and thorough descriptions to all of it’s customers.



  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
  • Prices include GST (applicable to NZ customers only).


Back Orders

In the event of a product being out of stock, we will place your order on back order and advise you of this by email. You may cancel your back order at any time. Cheques are banked when we receive them for security reasons.

Shipping Information

  • Goods will be shipped once payment has been validated.
  • Credit Card Payments are validated in real-time through 3tier usaing a 100% secure server.
  • As a security measure, prior to processing your order we may contact you to manually confirm your address and credit card details.
  • All goods in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends). We will advise you if any of your chosen items need to be backordered, please allow 2 - 5 working days for out of stock items. Items maybe shipped earlier depending on supply.
  • Furniture and larger items carry an additional courier cost and will be dispatched within 15 working days (but often sooner) of receiving your order. (Occasionally some items of furniture may take up to 30 working days, you would be notified).


New Zealand Delivery

  • Delivery of goods within New Zealand will be by Courier
  • Shipping is charged per order and not per item, so several items will not cost you any more in freight. NZ based customers can ship direct anywhere in the world.


International Delivery

  • International orders are most welcome. Please contact us first via email with details of products and we will promptly quote for competitive shipping rates worldwide. 
  • Orders sent directly by us to an overseas address are exclusive of GST (15.0%). This can often cover or contribute significantly to the cost of postage.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery but orders may be shipped earlier depending on supply. Rural Delivery addresses may often take an extra day.


Privacy Policy

  • At Baby Warehouse we are 100 per cent committed to protecting your security and privacy.
  • It is our policy not to pass on your e-mail address, home address or any other details to any other company or third party organization

  • When you click on links and banners on our site that take you to third party web sites, you will be subject to the third party's privacy policies. While we support the protection of privacy on the Internet, Baby Warehouse cannot be responsible for the actions of any third-party web sites.
  • Baby Warehouse has no issue with other Web Sites linking to us, in fact we encourage it!


Returns and Exchange

We think you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason please return it to us, undamaged, to receive a full refund or exchange as set out below.


  1. Carefully repack and return the product to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days, and we will exchange it or provide you with a refund.  We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging, unless they are faulty. For hygiene reasons, bottles, breast pumps, teats, cups, thermometers, toothbrushes, creams and toiletries cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  2. Faulty products should be returned immediately and we will promptly return them to the manufacturer for replacement.
