What forms of payment can I use?

We accept two major credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. You may also use internet banking to pay by direct credit, send us a personal cheque, or fax/phone us with your credit card details. These options will be presented to you in the Checkout.

What are the shipping rates?

Auckland $5. North Island $7. South Island $10. Free shipping on orders over $100! Shipping is charged per order and not per item, so several items will not cost you any more in freight. International shipping rates, please contact us first via email with details of products and we will promptly quote for competitive shipping rates worldwide. NZ based customers can ship direct anywhere in the world.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery but orders may be shipped earlier depending on supply. Rural Delivery addresses may often take an extra day.
