What forms of payment can I use?
We accept two major credit cards, Visa and MasterCard. You may also use internet banking to pay by direct credit, send us a personal cheque, or fax/phone us with your credit card details. These options will be presented to you in the Checkout.
What are the shipping rates?
Auckland $5. North Island $7. South Island $10. Free shipping on orders over $100!
Shipping is charged per order and not per item, so several items will not cost you any more in freight.
International shipping rates, please contact us first via email with details of products and we will promptly quote for competitive shipping rates worldwide. NZ based customers can ship direct anywhere in the world.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All goods in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends). We will advise you if any of your chosen items need to be backordered, please allow 2 - 5 working days for out of stock items. Items maybe shipped earlier depending on supply.
